Lookario Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Lookario collects, how it's used, and your rights. Lookario is reporting software for agencies that connects to Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Google Ads and Meta Ads via OAuth.

What we collect

• Account info — name, email and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
• OAuth tokens — encrypted tokens for Google and Meta accounts you connect, used only to fetch reporting data on your behalf.
• Reporting cache — short-lived cached results of GA4/GSC/Ads queries to keep dashboards fast.
• Usage analytics — anonymous product analytics to improve Lookario.

How we use data

Data is used solely to provide the reporting service you signed up for. We never sell data, and we don't use your client's analytics data to train AI models.

Your rights

You can export, correct or delete your data at any time. Email hello@lookario.com for any GDPR or CCPA request.

Subprocessors

We use industry-standard subprocessors for hosting, database, email and AI summary generation. A current list is available on request.
