Lookario Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Lookario. By creating an account you agree to them.

Subscriptions & trial

Lookario offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, paid plans start at $14.99/mo (Starter). Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from your billing settings.

Acceptable use

You may use Lookario to report on accounts you or your clients legitimately own or manage. Don't use Lookario to access data without authorization, reverse engineer the service, or resell raw data exports as a competing product.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account, including team members and sub-users you invite.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party API outages (Google, Meta) may temporarily affect dashboards.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or our acceptable use policy.
